RETURN POLICY

RETURN REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE AND STORE PURCHASES

 

Items can be returned / exchanged any time within 60 DAYS of the purchase date, ensuring they are clean, unwashed, unworn, and in their original state with price tags attached. When making a return, please include a note or send an email to info@shoptherooster.com about the nature of your return / exchange. Ensure you present your proof of purchase for a hassle-free return / exchange, which will be refunded to your original payment method.

Policy on Stolen or Lost Delivered Packages

At Rooster Bus, we take great care in processing, packing, and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we encourage you to open a support ticket directly with UPS for assistance in recovering your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items reported as stolen or lost once the carrier confirms delivery.

For added security, we recommend:

  • Tracking your package closely once it ships
  • Arranging delivery to a secure location, such as your workplace or a parcel locker
  • Requesting delivery options like signature confirmation, if available, through the carrier

Shipping and Credits:

We do not provide shipping labels on returns / exchanges. When sending back your item, please use your own shipping label. We will not cover shipping expenses, except in cases where the product is defective or the incorrect item was sent. All refunds will be directed back to the original method of payment.

Used or Altered Products: 

We cannot accept items that have been used, washed, or altered from their original state. The returned products must not be damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or any mishaps.

Returning Location:

Items should be sent back to 7340 East Main St. Scottsdale, AZ 85251 Suite 115. -You're free to return in person at any of our stores, regardless of the original purchase point.-

Proof of Purchase: 

Acceptable proofs include paper receipt, electronic receipt, or order number. For any help in validating a proof of purchase, email info@shoptherooster.com.


*Gift Cards are non-refundable
