Last updated: April 24, 2026

The Rooster mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Brick N Bus LLC (“Rooster,” “we,” or “us”). By enrolling in or using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (the “Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also update these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Program Description and Consent
By opting into Rooster’s SMS/text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of Rooster at the mobile number you provided. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology.

Messages may include:

  • Transactional messages (such as order updates, shipping notifications, and account alerts)
  • Marketing messages (such as promotions, product launches, restocks, and special offers, including cart reminders)

Message frequency may vary.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Your participation in this program is voluntary. Consent is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Charges and Fees
Rooster does not charge for the Service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out and Support
You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at Info@shoptherooster.com.

If you are subscribed to multiple Rooster messaging programs, you may need to opt out of each program separately.

Contact Information Changes
You agree to provide an accurate mobile number and to update your number if it changes. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you must re-enroll with your new number to continue receiving messages.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
We respect your privacy. When you opt into the Service, we may collect your mobile number and information related to your interactions with our messages (such as delivery, opens, clicks, and responses). We use this information to operate and improve the Service and to send you relevant messages.

For more information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rooster is not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages, any errors in message content, or any actions you take or do not take based on the messages.
