Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping within the contiguous 48 United States for $6.90 per order.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • P.O. Boxes

  • International destinations

Shipping Carrier

Our primary shipping carrier is UPS. In some cases, Rooster Bus may use alternative carriers at our discretion.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside of business hours will begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, product launches, sales, and other high-volume periods, processing times may be longer than normal.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

Customers requesting expedited shipping will be invoiced for the exact shipping cost charged by the carrier. To inquire about expedited shipping, please contact info@shoptherooster.com before placing your order whenever possible.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Rooster Bus is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Because our primary carrier is UPS, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders submitted with a P.O. Box address may be delayed while we contact the customer for an alternative shipping address.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, Rooster Bus is not responsible for packages delivered to the address entered by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact info@shoptherooster.com immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Rooster Bus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery issues after a package has been marked as delivered.

Undeliverable Orders

Rooster Bus reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be successfully delivered by our shipping carriers.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 60 days of purchase.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied and returned to the customer.

Returns received more than 60 days after the purchase date will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping Labels

Customers who purchased Redo Return Coverage at checkout may be eligible for a prepaid return shipping label through Redo.

Customers who did not purchase Redo Return Coverage are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.

Rooster Bus will provide a prepaid return shipping label regardless of Redo coverage if:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact info@shoptherooster.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Our team will review the claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note the time it takes for the funds to reach your account is dependent on your financial institutions processing speed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
