Orders & shipping
Most orders arrive within 8–10 business days after being placed.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
Yes. Contact us at info@shoptherooster.com before placing your order. If your order has already shipped, we're unable to change the shipping method.
Not at this time. We currently ship within the US only.
Once a package is delivered to UPS, it's out of our hands. Please contact UPS directly — we'll gladly provide any information to assist their investigation.
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email info@shoptherooster.com as soon as possible. Note: our in-store team sometimes moves faster than our online team.
We operate from multiple locations. Items in the same order may ship separately from different fulfillment locations.
Returns & exchanges
Items can be returned within 60 days of purchase if they are clean, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase required. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Yes, exchanges are available if the requested item is currently in stock.
No. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Visit our return portal for online purchases. You can also bring items to any Rooster Bus location, regardless of where they were originally purchased.
Yes. Online purchases can be returned at any Rooster Bus location as long as they meet our return policy requirements.
Return shipping is covered if you received a damaged or incorrect item, or if you purchased a Redo return label. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Payments & discounts
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Yes. Shop Pay automatically offers installment options to eligible customers at checkout.

Yes. Gift cards are available online and in-store, and can be redeemed both online and at any Rooster Bus location.
Account & rewards
No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account.
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent, online or in-store. Once you reach 300 points, you'll receive a $10 reward toward a future purchase. Points never expire.
Yes. Rooster Rewards can be earned and redeemed both online and at any of our retail locations.
Stores & pickup

Most locations are open Monday–Saturday 10am–6pm and Sunday 10am–5pm. Check your specific location page for current hours.
Yes. If an item is available at your selected location, you can choose in-store pickup during checkout.
