How to redeem
Online: enter the gift card code in the "Gift card or discount code" box at checkout. The balance comes off your total and anything left over stays on the card.
In store: show the email or the code to us at the register in Scottsdale or Flagstaff. No printout needed.
You can use a gift card together with a discount code, and you can split payment between a gift card and a credit card.
Balance, expiration & fine print
Rooster Bus gift cards never expire and no fees are deducted from the balance.

Gift cards are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Lost the email? We can look it up and resend it.

Yes. Rooster Bus gift cards work online at shoptherooster.com and at both Arizona stores — 7083 E 5th Ave in Scottsdale and 5 E Aspen Ave in Flagstaff.
How fast does it arrive?

Can I schedule it to arrive on a specific day?
Yes. Check "I want to send this as a gift" and pick a delivery date. We can schedule up to 90 days ahead, so a card bought today can land in their inbox any day through October 25, 2026.
Does it expire or lose value over time?
No. Rooster Bus gift cards never expire and no monthly fees come out of the balance. It's worth what you paid until it's spent.
Can I get a physical card to hand over in person?
Yes, but only in store. Physical gift cards are sold at our Scottsdale and Flagstaff locations, open 7 days a week. Cards bought online are digital and arrive by email.
What can he spend it on?
Anything we carry — over 50 menswear brands including Faherty, Taylor Stitch, Red Wing, Howler Bros, Marine Layer and Olukai, plus hats, denim, footwear and accessories.
What if I pick the wrong amount?
Call us at (480) 247-7538, Monday to Friday 9–5, and we can add to the balance. Gift cards themselves are non-refundable.
